Follow the user guides available within the documentation pages and send your first on-chain message.
Break away from centralized custodial data mining-driven apps—experience true self-custodial on-chain communication.
On-chain email and messaging super application perfectly aligned with decentralization fundamentals.
It utalizes 4thTech, Immu3 and PollinationX infra stack.
Sending or receiving encrypted emails and messages with user owned private keys.
By utalizing decentralised storage NFTs, users control the storage of their communication data.
Censorship, data mining and de-platforming resistant.
4thPillar or short 4P is a Level-2 integrator, an on-chain email and messaging super application perfectly aligned with decentralization fundamentals.
The message exchange happens on-chain as one short message represents one L1/L2 blockchain transaction. As the emailing process is data heavier, lite encrypted JSON objects are created to hold 4P email metadata. The link to this metadata and checksum is recorded on the chain as a blockchain transaction. So again, the core primitive described by the formula below applies; 1 email/message = 1 L1/L2-TX.
The app has permissionless access so anyone can use it. Users connect their Wallet Connect-supported wallets (e.g. MetaMask) and access the world of on-chain communication within the polished Web3 UI.
Legacy emailing applications use a centralized database and in most cases do not offer E2E encryption. Users are paying for the service in their data that is mined by the app. This Web2 centralized model leads to data ownership loss, potential de-platforming, identity theft, email spam, email spoofing, and loss of privacy.
4P Super App is a decentralized Web3 application with no centralized database where all data is controlled by the user. The message exchange happens on-chain as one short message represents one L1/L2 blockchain transaction. 4P App enables self-custodial encryption mechanism via Encryption Extension. The system prevents Web2 data mining, data ownership loss, and de-platforming cases while enabling secure, permissionless, immutable, and self-custodial P2P on-chain communication.
Parallel to the underlying L1/L2 transaction gas cost, the protocol fee is also settled on the smart contract level and is applicable for every communication transaction. Total user cost equals the sum of the L1/L2 transaction gas, the protocol fee cost, and the cost of decentralized storage. Fees vary depending on the choosen blockchain.Â
